Panta ilish Recipe
Panta ilish is a dish from Bangladesh that joins a bowl of panta bhat cooked and splashed rice with singed ilish fish. 1.Panta bhaat
Ingredients:
2 cups (0.47 l) rice
Water
Guidelines:
Cook rice in ordinary manner.
Cool rice totally.
Add water to lower cooked rice. Put aside for the time being.

Extra rice works best for panta
2.ILISH BHAJA
Ingredients:
6 Ilish pieces
½ teaspoon red bean stew powder
½ teaspoon turmeric
Salt, as indicated by taste
Oil, for singing
Guidelines:
Clean fish pieces.
Rub bean stew powder, turmeric, and salt liberally on the fish pieces.
Warmth oil in medium high.
Fry until brilliant and fresh.
