Nawabi Chicken Dum Biryani


Ingredients:

For Rice:

Rice ½ kg

Cloves 2 to 3

Cumin ½ tsp

Star anise 1 to 2

Curry leaves 1 to 2

Salt to taste

For chicken:

Chicken ½ kg

Yogurt 1 cup

Cut onion 2

Cloves 1/3 tsp

Squashed cinnamon 1/3 tsp

Squashed cumin ½ tsp

Squashed cardamom 1/3 tsp

Ginger garlic glue 2 tbsp

Red stew powder 1 tbsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Green coriander ½ pack

Seared onion 1

Mint leaves ½ cup

Food shading 1 squeeze

Saffron 1 squeeze

Oil 3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Strategies:

The first wash ½ kg rice and absorb water for 1 to 2 hours.

At that point add 2 to 3 cloves, 2 tsp cumin, 1 to 2 star anise, 1 to 2 curry leaves and salt to taste to hard bubble.

At that point strain it and put it on a side. In a blending bowl include 1 seared onion.

Include 1/3 tsp cloves, 1/3 squashed cinnamon, 1/2 tsp squashed cumin, 1/3 tsp little cardamom, 2 tbsp ginger garlic glue

Include 1 tbsp red stew powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and 1 tsp turmeric powder with 1 cup yogurt to make glue.

At that point marinate chicken with hitter and put it on a side. In a skillet heat 3 tbsp oil and fry onion and add marinated chicken. 

At the point, when chicken delicate, include rice, ½ pack green coriander.

Include ½ cup mint leaves and 2 onions with 1 squeezes saffron break up in water

Presently include the container and spread the top to stew.
